The Zoning Officer, who is appointed by the Board of Supervisors, is responsible for administering and enforcing the Township Zoning Ordinance. The duties of the Zoning Officer include review of applications, issuance of permits and prosecution of violations. The Building Code Officer, who is appointed by the Board of Supervisors, is responsible for administering and enforcing the Building Code adopted by the township. The duties of the Building Code Officer include review of applications, and plans for new construction and renovations, issuance of permits, conducting site inspections and prosecution of violations.
